Shipping Policy 

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) with Standard Shipping will be shipped within 3-5 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained.  Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS), DHL, FedEx , United State Postal Service (USPS) or Veho. Shipping windows are estimates and specific delivery dates cannot always be guaranteed.  

  

All shipping charges are non-refundable, no exceptions.  Please report any issues with the shipping, handling, or delivery of your package within 30 days from time of purchase to mel@giftitart.com , attention: customer service. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is lost in transit, please contact us at mel@giftitart.com. Please include photos of any damage and your order number for faster resolution.  Gift it art is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.



Engraving

All engraved items are final sale.  All engraved items will ship within 3-5 business days of an order being processed.

 

Embroidery

All embroidered items are final sale.  All embroidered items will be shipped within 4-5 business days of an order being processed.

 

​Art Prints

Due to the nature of art prints on different mediums and made-to-order items, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 30 days so we can make it right.

 

Multiple Shipping Addresses

At this time, we can only ship to one address per order.

 

P.O. Boxes

All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS), DHL, FedEx or USPS and cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes.

APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses

All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via USPS, UPS Surepost, DHL or FedEx. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 45 business days. APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses are not eligible for Standard shipping at this time.

 

Wrong Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout. If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our distributor. Gift It Art is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.  You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately and cannot be canceled.   An agreement for  gift It art  to sell goods to you is made when we accept your order. The description of goods, price, and applicable tax are agreed on between you and  gift it art  when an order is placed. 

 

Placement of an order is a binding agreement. Once placed, all orders are considered final and are not able to be changed.  However, gift it art  reserves the right to cancel an order for any reason, including but not limited to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of an offer or payment.  Gift it art reserves the right to modify or cancel a promotion due to system error or unforeseen problems.
