Return Policy

Gift it art hopes you will be delighted with your purchase. However, we understand there are occasions when a return may be needed. All unworn, unused, eligible items you would like to return for a refund must be sent back to gift it art’s distributor within 30 days of receipt of product in their original, unused condition with tags attached. Used and worn items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Engraved pieces, discount purchases, gift cards, customized items, curated items, merchandise marked as Final Sale, and permanently discounted or marked down merchandise are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Coupon or discount codes are eligible for one-time redemption and cannot be reused if item is returned or exchanged.

Due to the nature of art prints and made-to-order items, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 30 days so we can make it right.

For your product return, contact gift it art at mel@giftitart.com for the correct distributor’s mailing address and questions. Depending on the product, there may be more than one distributor. All returns should include the store’s name as “gift it art Return” so the distributor can assist you.

Please ensure to provide as much information as possible to help resolve a potential solution, including proof of purchase and details surrounding the item. gift it art reserves the right to potentially request additional information, such as photos of the product.

Exchange policy

To exchange an eligible item, simply return by mail and place a new order for the item you want. Shipping charges may apply on your new order.

Please allow up to 5 business days from when we receive your return for your return to be processed. Business days are Monday-Friday except for federal holidays. Return processing begins after your package is delivered to us. For any inquiries concerning returns or exchanges, email us at mel@giftitart.com Monday-Friday 8am-5pm ET with the details of your item.

Promotion Information

Gift it art may occasionally offer promotional discounts, e.g. buy two get one 50% off, an other promotions. Promotion items are available while supplies last and may only be valid for a specific timeframe along with additional limitations and exclusions. In the event a promotion code is required, please present the code at checkout.

Any eligible product purchased during a promotion , e.g. buy one, get one 50% off, may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please include the products with your return. Promotion items may not be eligible for the same promotional purchase price if the promotion has ended.

Gift It art reserves the right to alter or cancel any promotion without notice. If a promotion is used incorrectly or being abused, gift It art has the right to cancel any orders placed and ban the usage of any further promotional material by such user(s). Only one promotional code per order.

Promotions may not be combined or applied to previous purchases.
